Between 2008 and 2024, our success allowed us to expand significantly, growing from a modest establishment on the ground floor to occupying a full two-story space, enhancing both capacity and customer experience. With a team of over 65 dedicated employees, we’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences. Castro’s now serves a loyal customer base that spans the entire East of the island and continues to draw patrons from all corners of Trinidad and Tobago, making it a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike.
